We work with a small number of exceptional homes across Kenya. This form starts a conversation — it does not create a listing. We arrange a visit, inspect the property and sign the agreement with you in person before anything goes live.
You pay nothing until a guest has stayed
No listing fee, no monthly charge, nothing for enquiries that go nowhere. We invoice 15% only after a guest has checked out.
We meet you in person
We visit the property and sign the agreement face to face. Nothing on this website can publish a listing on its own.
Qualified guests, not enquiry spam
Group escapes, corporate retreats, weddings and families — we establish dates, numbers and budget before anything reaches you.
We handle the back and forth
Enquiries, availability, written quotes, follow-up and coordination. You approve the booking; we do the admin.
Your address stays private
The exact location is never public. It is released to a guest only once you have confirmed their booking.
Presented properly
Your home is written up and presented as a considered property, not a thumbnail in an endless grid.
What happens next

You get in touch

We talk it through
Usually within two business days. We establish whether your property is a fit before either of us spends time on a visit.

We visit the property
In person. We confirm your identity and your right to let it, check the amenities actually work, and see the house for ourselves.

We sign the agreement
Face to face, with the commission rate written into it. This is the point at which we commit to each other.

Your listing goes live
Only after every verification item passes. Then we start bringing you enquiries.
