How booking works
A person handles your booking from start to finish. Here is exactly what happens, and where your money goes.

You send an enquiry
Tell us the property, dates and group. No account needed — you get a reference and a private link to follow progress.

We confirm availability
We contact the property directly and confirm your dates are genuinely free.
- 03
You receive a written quote
A clear total: the nightly rate, nights, any services you asked for, and the property's cancellation terms.
- 04
You accept
One click on your booking link. Nothing is committed until you do.
- 05
You pay the property
We send the property's payment instructions. You pay them directly — by M-Pesa or bank transfer.
- 06
The property confirms receipt
Once the owner confirms your payment, we mark the booking confirmed and share the exact address.
- 07
We stay with you
Pre-arrival details, check-in information and a contact for the duration of your stay.
About payment
Bounty Escapes is a booking facilitator. We do not collect accommodation payments — you pay the property directly using the instructions confirmed with your booking.
We will never ask for your card details, and we will never ask you to pay into an account that has not been confirmed with your booking. If anything about a payment request looks wrong, stop and contact us on 0743 473 037.
Cancellations
Because you pay the property directly, refunds are handled by the property under the cancellation terms shown on your quote. Our own terms are separate and cover our role in arranging the booking. See cancellation information.
