Do I need an account to book?

No. You can send an enquiry without registering. You receive a reference and a private link to follow your booking.

How do I pay?

You pay Bounty Escapes by M-Pesa, to the paybill shown on your own booking page. One payment for the whole stay — we settle the property ourselves, and there is nothing to pay on arrival. We will never ask for your card details, and never ask you to send money to an individual.

Is there a booking fee?

No. Property owners pay us a commission on completed stays. The price you are quoted is the price the property has agreed.

Who chooses the houses?

We do. Nobody can post a property on this site but us — there is no open sign-up. Every house is one we contacted the owner about and agreed a rate for. We are not an inspection service and we do not claim to have visited every house in person, but a real person here chose it and is answerable to you for the booking.

When do I get the exact address?

Once your booking is confirmed. Before that we show the approximate area, which protects both the property and the booking.

Can you arrange transfers, a chef or a photographer?

Often, yes. Tell us what you need in your enquiry and we will price it into your quote where we can arrange it with trusted local partners.

What if I need to cancel?

Each option carries the cancellation terms for that house, shown before you choose it. Because you pay us rather than the property, you deal with one team — we handle any refund due to you under those terms.

Do you operate outside Kenya?

Not yet. We are focused on Kenya first and will expand across East Africa deliberately rather than quickly.

How many properties do you have?

A deliberately small number. We publish only what we have verified, so the collection grows slowly.
