Do I need an account to book?

No. You can send an enquiry without registering. You receive a reference and a private link to follow your booking.

How do I pay?

You pay the property directly, using instructions we confirm with your booking. Bounty Escapes does not collect accommodation payments and will never ask for your card details.

Is there a booking fee?

No. Property owners pay us a commission on completed stays. The price you are quoted is the price the property has agreed.

What does Bounty Verified mean?

That our team has completed a documented checklist on the property — ownership, a physical visit, photograph matching, amenities, occupancy, licensing and safety — and signed it off. Properties that have not passed are not published.

When do I get the exact address?

Once your booking is confirmed. Before that we show the approximate area, which protects both the property and the booking.

Can you arrange transfers, a chef or a photographer?

Often, yes. Tell us what you need in your enquiry and we will price it into your quote where we can arrange it with trusted local partners.

What if I need to cancel?

Cancellation is governed by the property's terms, which are shown on your quote before you accept. Because you pay the property directly, any refund is handled by them.

Do you operate outside Kenya?

Not yet. We are focused on Kenya first and will expand across East Africa deliberately rather than quickly.

How many properties do you have?

A deliberately small number. We publish only what we have verified, so the collection grows slowly.
