Guest booking terms
Last updated: 27 July 2026
Our role
Bounty Escapes acts as a booking facilitator and broker. We introduce you to a property, confirm availability, prepare a written quote and coordinate your stay. The accommodation contract is between you and the property.
Payment
Bounty Escapes is a booking facilitator. We do not collect accommodation payments — you pay the property directly using the instructions confirmed with your booking.
We will never request card details, and payment instructions are only ever issued inside your booking. If you receive a payment request that does not match your booking, contact us before paying.
Quotes
A quote sets out the total, what is included and the property’s cancellation terms. Nothing is committed until you accept it. Quotes are valid for the period stated on them.
Your booking
- You must be 18 or older to book.
- Guest numbers may not exceed the stated maximum occupancy.
- House rules and event policies form part of your booking.
- The exact address is provided once your booking is confirmed.
Cancellation and refunds
Cancellation is governed by the property’s terms shown on your quote. Because payment is made directly to the property, refunds are issued by the property. We will assist with the process but cannot refund money we never received.
Liability
We take reasonable care in verifying properties, but we do not own or operate them. We are not liable for matters outside our control, including utilities, weather, third-party services or the acts of the property. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Complaints
Tell us as soon as possible — stays@bountydeskafrica.com or 0743 473 037. We will engage with the property on your behalf.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Kenya.
