Cancellation information

Two sets of terms

Every booking involves two: the property’s cancellation terms, which govern your money, and our own terms, which govern our role in arranging the stay. The property’s terms are shown on your quote before you accept.

How to cancel

Contact us as early as you can — stays@bountydeskafrica.com or 0743 473 037. We will notify the property, record the cancellation against your booking and confirm what their terms mean for you in writing.

Refunds

You pay Bounty Escapes, so any refund due to you comes from us. We calculate it against the cancellation terms shown on the option you chose, tell you the figure in writing, and pay it to the M-Pesa number or account you paid from. Where the property has already been paid and keeps some or all of the money under its own terms, that is reflected in the figure — we will show you how it was worked out.

If the property cancels

We will find you an equivalent alternative and cover the difference if the replacement costs more. If we genuinely cannot replace it, you receive a full refund from us — recovering our money from the property is our problem, not yours.

Changes

Date changes are often possible outside peak periods and depend on the property. Ask us and we will check.
