Cancellation information

Two sets of terms

Every booking involves two: the property’s cancellation terms, which govern your money, and our own terms, which govern our role in arranging the stay. The property’s terms are shown on your quote before you accept.

How to cancel

Contact us as early as you can — stays@bountydeskafrica.com or 0743 473 037. We will notify the property, record the cancellation against your booking and confirm what their terms mean for you in writing.

Refunds

Because you pay the property directly, any refund is issued by the property under its own terms. We do not hold your accommodation payment, so we cannot refund it — but we will pursue the matter with the property on your behalf.

If the property cancels

We will work to find an equivalent alternative from our collection. If we cannot, we will support your claim for a refund from the property.

Changes

Date changes are often possible outside peak periods and depend on the property. Ask us and we will check.
